Kevin Favro

Kevin Favro, Pharm. D.

Senior Vice President

Kevin Favro began his career with Kroger in 1991 as a Courtesy Clerk. During the past 27 years, he has risen within the organization and has held a variety of leadership roles including Pharmacy Manager, Clinical Program Manager, and Clinical Director. Kevin holds certificates in Medication Therapy Management, APhA Diabetes Education, Adult Immunization, Leadership Development I & 2 and Pharmacogenomics. His comprehensive pharmacy expertise and keen understanding of the integration opportunities within the Kroger Health and Wellness ecosystem provide industry-defining clinical leadership and innovative cost containment strategies for KPP clients. A registered Pharmacist, Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Xavier University and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin. He is also active in the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, The American Pharmacists Association, and the Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute. An educator at heart, he is also involved in educational programs at the University of Cincinnati, Doctor of Pharmacy program. Kevin, his wife Kerry, and their four children reside in Cincinnati, Ohio. He enjoys running, soccer, tennis and home improvement projects.


Kari Onederra

Kari Onederra

VP of Client Services

With more than 23 years of Pharmacy Benefit Management experience, Kari Onederra brings a wealth of knowledge and industry expertise to Kroger Prescription Plans. As a past consultant, Kari has provided leadership to many Pharmacy Benefit Management organizations across the country. She applies this operational expertise and proficiency, as well as her ability to leverage clinical program savings, to create unique opportunities and cost containment solutions for KPP clients. Over her extensive career, she has also provided clients with world-class service overseeing desktop auditing, on-site auditing, MAC and a variety of other PBM services. A Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), Kari attended the University of Wyoming. A resident of Salt Lake City, Utah, she is a world traveler and avid outdoors person, spending her free time with family enjoying camping, boating, and scuba diving excursions.


Janelle Grubbs

Senior Director of Clinical Services & Operations

As the Director of Clinical Services & Operations, Janelle directs the day to day clinical operations, clinical initiatives, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) operations, vendor management and regulatory and contracting compliance. In addition to bringing over 20 years of managed care and PBM experience, Janelle has great knowledge and experience with cGMP, FDA audits including observations and mitigating warning letters. Janelle graduated from Ohio Northern University with a dual degree, Pharmacy and Vocal Performance where she was affectionally known as the “singing Pharmacist”. Janelle resides in Columbus, Ohio and is married with 2 children. Janelle and her husband, the accompanist, met thru music and in their spare time they still love to make music together.

Jodi McLaughlin

Vice President, PBM Sales

Jodi has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry with emphasis on Administration Management and Taft Hartley. Her most recent position prior to coming to Kroger Prescription Plans was New Business Manager in the West for Cigna, Taft Hartley and Federal Business Segment. She was responsible for increasing Cigna’s book of business in the Western 14 states. Her 17 years at a Third-Party Administrator gives her strong management skills in assuring the products and benefits she recommends are operationally sound and meet the needs of the client and their members. Strategic thinking and working for clients to meet their goals has always been and continues to be the main focus in her career. Jodi received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Washington University and resides in Washington State.
